Do you want to dematerialize requests for leave or advance payment? This article will help you create a fully customized form.
To access the forms, click on "Forms" in the menu on the left of the page and then on new.
Next, create a name for your form and add question(s), single or multiple choice answers and more.
Caution : A form cannot be used alone. It must be linked to a report in order to be usable.
